Information Submitted Directly
If a visitor types a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Cambria County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. Messages sent by email or a contact form may be kept so we can respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a legal requirement applies.
Technical Data and Cookies
When a page loads, hosting, security, analytics, or advertising services may receive standard technical information. This can include the IP address, browser and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring site, and timestamps. Cookies and related technologies help measure how pages are used and may support advertising. Browser settings can block cookies, although some features may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
Technical and contact information is used to operate and improve the service, route a search request to the applicable provider, understand which pages are useful, detect and correct technical problems, and deliver or measure advertising that may reflect interests. We do not sell personal information. Search partners process queries under their own terms and privacy practices.
Outside Websites and Recipients
Links can lead to government records pages, prison and police resources, court portals, locator systems, third-party search tools, and news publishers. Once a visitor leaves this service, the other site’s privacy policy applies. Advertising partners may track activity across sites on their own systems. Personal information may be received by search partners handling queries, analytics providers, advertising networks, or government and law-enforcement bodies when a valid legal order requires disclosure.
Security and Young Visitors
We use reasonable administrative and technical practices intended to protect information, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed secure. This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted information, contact us to request deletion.
Your Choices and Policy Changes
A visitor may ask for a copy of personal information we hold, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion where applicable, or opt out of certain processing. Send a request through the Contacts page. This notice may change as the service or its legal obligations change. A revised notice will be posted here with an updated effective date.
